The Packaging

The container is the aesthetic and functional value of the content.
Design teaches that an object, in order to be considered a success, must express beauty and usefulness, accomplish a function as well as conveying the identity of the person who conceived it. In the Laboratorio, we often talk about “the beauty of taste”.
This is the mantra that guides us when we study the shape, the texture, the thickness of our products and materials that can best contain them.

Inspired by this thread and design teachings, we work to ensure each reference is dressed in the right way; from pastel-colored tissue paper reminiscent of graphic patterns, to the stain-resistant natural fiber label, up to the tin for food use that allows the biscuits to be vacuum-sealed, hermetically sealed in a container that performs the dual function of reuse and recycling, as well as preserving the organoleptic, aromatic and taste characteristics of the product.

At the Laboratory we often talk about the 'beauty of taste'. It is the vision that guides us when we study the shape, texture and thickness of our products and the materials that can best contain them.

Inspired by this philosophy, we work to ensure that each item is dressed in the right way; from pastel-coloured tissue paper, to natural stain-resistant fibre labels, to food-grade tin which allows the biscuits to be stored hermetically in a container that fulfils the dual function of reuse and recycling, as well as preserving the organoleptic, aromatic and taste characteristics of the product.
