My experience as a cook in a large uncontaminated area, Abruzzo, has always inspired me to think in a sustainable way. This led my efforts to implement valuable projects that generate a positive impact on people. 

This means thinking, creating, producing not only food but culture and awareness on the importance of nutrition. The Laboratorio is the creative response to all of these principles, it is the place where we research on projects, methods, recipes, ingredients that eventually become products.
